We are based in Stowmarket and the majority of our work comes from Bury St Edmunds, Ipswich and the surrounding area.
Floor 2 Ceiling Carpentry is a small family run business and a qualified and skilled carpenter will work closely with you throughout the designing stage. We guarantee that all work completed is 100% accurate from the very small details such as door handles and the colours of fitted furniture to the style and design of the finished product.
Here at Floor 2 Ceiling Carpentry we enjoy designing and crafting a range of products to meet our clients needs. These can include: bespoke furniture and shelving units; sliding wardrobes; floor coverings and designs and kitchens. We are proud to showcase examples of our work in our gallery.
We are based in Stowmarket, Suffolk. We work in the surrounding area and, sometimes, further afield. We have repeat customer in Bury St Edmunds, Ipswich and Diss. We will travel to work on jobs big and small.

Is there a guarantee on your work, how long should it last?
If there is any issues with the functionality of the work get in contact as soon as possible and we will make sure you're happy with the final product. Our carpenters work to the highest standard and we understand you'll only be happy with a great job.
Will I need to leave my house when you are doing working?
The lead carpenter on-site will certainly come to an agreement that suits both parties on this point. We can try and work around your requirements while getting the job completed to a great standard in good time.
Do you require a deposit before work can commence?
Yes we will need a deposit as we source all materials and parts purely for your requirements. Everything is bought in to suit the job at hand.
I am interested in using oak for my kitchen. Can you do that?
Of course. We are more than happy to talk through various material choices. Our carpenters' many years of experience has given us a unique perspective on the pro's and con's of all possible choices.
